EVENT:

Live Unreal LeadUp, hosted by Glover U, is a high-level leadership workshop hosted in Austin, TX, bringing together top real estate leaders, team owners and broker owners for three days of strategic learning, collaboration, and growth. The event focuses on systems, leadership development, culture, and scalable business models.

PROJECT:

Outkick Studio served as the creative partner for the entire event experience—developing the visual identity, establishing the creative direction, and producing all core assets. The Glover U team wanted the event to evoke the unique feel of Texas Hill Country, so we built a design system inspired by natural textures and local character. Our team designed the signage, workbooks, badges, digital graphics, and on-site materials to create a cohesive, premium brand environment from entry to exit.
